The corrosion- and dirt-resistant resin water heat exchanger "G-HEX" captures the thermal energy from agricultural water and factory wastewater, utilizing it for heating and cooling.

Well water, agricultural water, spring water, hot spring water, seawater (seawater wells), and factory wastewater contain unused thermal energy (renewable energy). We have developed a heat exchange unit (G-HEX) through the NEDO project that can extract this energy and utilize it in a cascade for heating and cooling. G-HEX is a fully plastic heat exchanger made using polyethylene thin tubes, allowing it to accommodate various heat source waters. It is a long-lasting heat exchange unit that is resistant to corrosion and dirt. It is made of polyethylene resin (PE100) with an estimated lifespan of over 50 years, ensuring long durability.
